Peace for your Path...

"peace. it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart." (unknown) http://www.labyrinthwellness.com

gratitude

I first learned about keeping a "Gratitude Journal" from Sarah Ban Breathnach's book, SIMPLE ABUNDANCE. It seems fitting that today's calendar entry written by her would give me just the gentle reminder I needed to continue this practice:

"Gratitude is the first step on the Simple Abundance path or it just won't work. Simplicity, order, harmony, beauty and joy - all the other principles that can transform you life will not blossom and flourish without gratitude."
Try this practice. Everyday list three things that you are grateful for in your life. Just three things. Some days your list might be hard to write, but other days you will have to hold back from filling the page! Try this practice everyday for a week....If you start slowly, and give yourself Grace, you just may make it a daily practice.

Peace for your Path!
